On 4/13/12 Sometime between 9:30 & 10 PM this Friday night I’ll be performing a 25 minute set live on my favorite local college radio station <UGA>, where they’ve been kind enough to put me in regular rotation. I’ll be featured with a few other local female artists on the “Feminenergy” show, playing a few songs from my new record, along with a couple old favorites and a brand new heart-wrencher from the new acoustic EP I’m recording now. Very excited to be be playing 4 shows this year at the Annual SXSW Festival in Austin, TX. Thanks to all the Kinds folks who believed in me and were inspired by my new record enough to include me in their showcases this year. All the gig details can be found on the “Live” page of this website. This will be my first tour with The Law Band, so I’m excited to spend 30 plus hours in the truck with them smelling their feet & listening to their ideas on any number of topics. A lot of really cool stuff has been happening to us lately, so there’s plenty to talk about…
When we get home I’ll finish building my irrigation system so that I never have to ponder such troubles again.
There is a first time for Everything. And in a few days I will release my new album “In the Light” on my own. I may not do everything right, but it doesn’t matter. I am learning to stand on my own 2 feet, to cultivate and carve out a truly organic life for myself, complete with more patience, Love and compassion that I have ever known or given myself before. A real learning curve went into the making of this album. And there is no price or deadline that can be put on that. I only hope that the roads I’ve traveled on the way to understanding will help others to feel the illuminations that have come through this amazing process and these 13 special songs of Hope. I learned to Mix albums on this record! & Started up my own Organic Farm. Now I know I can do anything!! & In half the time. So there will be that much more time for Music & further Perspective on the Road to Freedom. I love you Friends, Family & Mother Earth for inspiring me endlessly, to keep searching, growing and accepting myself in the face of darkness, where there is always LIGHT!

Tomorrow Night is All Right!! On 12/15/11, 2 Great bands are @The 5 Spot ATL, & I’m in Both of them! Creek Kin, our Collective band is at 9 & after many months in the Studio, at 11pm, emerges the one, the only, The LAW!!! We are so excited to bring our brand of Hillbilly Psychedelia back to the stage. Come get HIGH with us. xoxoN
